Accounts

Orders and Payment

By placing an order through our Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Payment is primarily cash on delivery. For mobile wallet payments, orders are not confirmed until payment is verified by our team. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Merchant Accounts

Merchant accounts are subject to an approval process. We reserve the right to approve or reject any merchant application at our sole discretion. Approved merchants are responsible for the quality and accuracy of their product listings.

We may disable or terminate merchant accounts that violate these Terms, provide poor quality products, or receive consistently negative customer feedback.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dixon's Fisheries and its licensors.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Dixon's Fisheries, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sierra Leone, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
